My role as a service delivery executive
Companies invest millions in technology and the people to manage these assets. In my role, I drive commercial value by providing the leadership needed to build high performance, cross functional teams capable of delivering to multiple high risk or urgent corporate initiatives while keeping the lights on and users happy. Throughout my career I have improved service level achievement, improved end user value, and driven cost below industry benchmarks by providing aspirational leadership for technology employees.
My Leadership Philosophy
As an IT executive, I believe in servant leadership and that it is the duty of all leaders to create opportunities where everyone can contribute to their fullest potential. Through constant engagement, communication, recognition and continuous mentoring, individual and team performance improves, morale improves, and regrettable terminations are few. I believe that teams (and leaders) who find meaning and purpose in their role are more likely to exceed at work, flourish in life, and be in a better position to positively influence the lives of others.

Through the creation of proven and repeatable process, by providing thought leadership, and ensuring the continuous development of multi-disciplined associates I have a proven track record of creating continuous value for my employers and customers. The results are high availability, high user satisfaction, delivered by highly motivated and high performance IT teams at below industry cost
